BEFORE CAMP
CAMPER FEES Please make sure you have completed your financial arrangements with the Camp Administrator. Fees must be paid in full by June 15, 2008.
SPECIAL DIET If a special diet, dietary restrictions or certain kinds of food are required, please be sure this is noted on your application. Our Food Service Manager, Nadine Jonientz, will contact you to discuss any special dietary needs and what items you will need to provide.
HEALTH EXAMINATION FORM for Children/Adults Attending Camp. This form must be completed by an approved, licensed medical provider and received by the camp prior to July 1, 2008. [The exam is required every 2 years.]
MEDICATION LIST Please complete and return to the camp prior to July 1, 2008.
EMERGENCY TRANSPORT PROTOCOL Please read and keep for your information.
CAMP ARRIVAL
Please arrive at noon on Monday. (No early arrivals please.) As lunch is not served on Mondays, please eat before you come or bring a picnic/sack lunch to enjoy before checking in.
THINGS TO PACK
Remember to label all belongings!!
CLOTHING: In addition to summer clothing, bring warmer clothing, as it can get chilly in the evenings. Bring: comfortable shoes, personal gear (i.e. toiletries), sweater/sweatshirt, coat, cap and one extra set of clothes (always needed).
DRESS-UP THEMES Each night at dinner we will have a dress-up theme. These themes change each year so check your information packet and pack a costume for each night.
TALENT SHOW On Thursday nights, we have a TALENT SHOW! Our counselors will assist the campers to prepare for this activity during camp, but if you (camper or camper’s parents/guardian) have any ideas, please pack the necessary items needed for the camper.
MEDICATIONS All medications must be in original containers!!! When you check in, all medications will be given to the camp nurse.

DEPARTURE FROM CAMP
Campers should be picked up before noon on Friday. Please come early (by 11:00 or 11:30) if you would like to watch our Campers Awards Ceremony. No lunch will be served on Friday so bring a box lunch for your camper.
There will be a $10 fee charged for a camper not picked up by noon (with a 1/2 hour grace period.) This fee increases by $5 for every 30 minutes beyond the grace period. After 12:30 the fee is $10, 1:00=$15, 1:30=$20.
