Counselor Application Forms

Thank you for your interest in serving as a counselor at this year’s Northwest Kiwanis Camp.

FLYERS will give camp dates and basic information/requirements/benefits.

Download the application form, print, fill out and mail to the address shown on the application.

2008 COUNSELOR APPLICATION 

Counselor Medication Form [Must accompany all counselor application forms.]

The camp is located on the Olympic Peninsula in Chimacum, WA.

Camp activities include fishing, horseback riding, swimming, arts & crafts, recreation games, evening campfires and much much more.

There will be four camp sessions plus pre-camp staff/counselor training. 

• Training:            TBA   All Counselors & Volunteers must attend. (Includes CPR Certification)
• SESSION ONE       07/14/08 - 07/18/08 
• SESSION TWO      07/21/08 - 07/25/08  
• SESSION THREE    07/28/08 - 08/01/08   
• SESSION FOUR     08/04/08 - 08/08/08  (for campers ages 6-18 with AAC devices) 

General benefits include:

• Room and board; three meals per day plus snacks
• Weekends off from mid-day Friday until Sunday evening  
• Evening free time on a rotating basis
• The most rewarding benefit will be the very close working association that you create with your assigned camper(s). This will be a memory that you carry for a lifetime.

Please sign all forms in the application packet.

If applicant is under age 18 a parent or guardian must sign the Health form and the Travel Release form.
