Counselor/Staff Health Form [Must accompany all counselor application forms.]
The camp is located on the Olympic Peninsula in Chimacum, WA.
Camp activities include fishing, horseback riding, swimming, arts & crafts, recreation games, evening campfires and much much more.
There will be four camp sessions plus pre-camp staff/counselor training.
- Training: June 22, 2010 through June 27, 2010
- SESSION ONE June 28 - July 2
- SESSION TWO July 5 - July 9
- SESSION THREE July 12 - July 16
- SESSION FOUR AAC Camp - July 19 - July 23
General benefits include:
- Stipend, room and board; three meals per day plus snacks
- Weekends off from mid-day Friday until Sunday evening
- Evening free time on a rotating basis

Please sign all forms in the application packet.
If applicant is under age 18 a parent or guardian must sign the Health form, Travel Release form and the Dept. of Labor and Industries Parent/School Authorization.
