2012 SUMMER CAMP DATES AND AGE GROUPS

The 2012 registration forms will be available on the website by January 15, 2011.  Applications are processed and spaces reserved  on a "first come-first serve" basis only. No telephone reservations accepted.  Please print the application from our website and mail to P.O. Box 1227, Pt. Hadlock, WA 98339, or, scan and email in pdf format to nwkc@earthlink.net.  (Sorry, we don't have fax capability)  Incomplete applications or applications without a deposit will be returned.  Health Examination forms and Medication Authorization sheets do not have to be included with the application but must be received no later than June 8, 2012.  2011. 

TRAINING (STAFF):  Monday June 19th to June 22nd   SESSION ONE:    Ages 18 through 35  Noon, June 25, 2012 through Noon 29, 2012
SESSION TWO:   Ages 36 and older    Noon, July 9, 2012 - Noon, July 13, 2012
SESSION THREE: Ages 6 through 17   Noon, July 16, 2012 - Noon, July 20, 2012
SESSION FOUR:  Ages  6 through 17   Noon  July 23, 2012 - Noon, July 27, 2012   This session is reserved for non-verbal children who communicate using AAC devices  Please include a $50.00 deposit with your application. If using DSHS, DDD or other agency funding to pay the registration fees, a letter or email from that agency must be received by June 1, 2012. Due to privacy issues, we do not contact DDD or DSHS directly, it is the parent or guardian's responsibility to provide proof of benefits. We will bill the agency directly at the end of the camp sessions.
